We created this model for Collado Collins to support the planning process for their latest development. It features two sets of interchangeable inserts – one showing the existing site and the other illustrating the proposed scheme – allowing for clear and immediate visual comparisons during presentations and consultations.
We’re pleased to share that the scheme has now been granted full planning permission!
The base of the model is crafted from walnut timber, while both the existing and proposed schemes are modelled in cherry wood, offering a subtle but effective contrast against the surrounding walnut timber context. Cork was used to represent trees, adding natural texture and a tactile quality to the landscaped areas.
